JPEG Paint is a desktop tool that exploits compression algorithm and uses it as a brush. You might have already seen that JPEG images have some artifacts, and it's due to how its compression algorithm works. I find these alterations pretty charming, and i was wondering if we can use this as a creative tool. If you made some creations using this, consider mentionning it !
